2) At the end of this Unit (Future Tenses), you will have to write a reflective essay (you may write it in Russian) on what you have learnt and your experiences through your learning process. You will need to include the following information:
- How many future tenses / constructions have you learnt?
- What are the meanings of each tense (or When/in which stiuation can you use each tense)
- Which exercises / activities did you do to practice each tense? (to answer this question you may go over your teacher's posts on the class website)
- What was easy to understand and do?
- What was difficult to understand and do?
- Which activities did you like / not like?
- Do you feel confident that you understand different future tenses and when you need to use them?
- What activities/exercises would you like to do more in the future?
(Tips: pairwork, groupwork, individual work, presentations, back-translation, role-plays, exercises in Step, translation sentences, exercises in Active Grammar, more written work, more oral work, etc.)
This will be a part of your test. It will count for 30% of your final grade on the test on Future Tenses.
Start thinking about this assignment already now. Go over your class tasks and homework assignments, think about if they were useful, interesting, etc. Make some notes/comments about each one.
